Montana men charged with dealing in eagle parts

GREAT FALLS - A pair of Pablo men are being charged with dealing in eagle parts by federal prosecutors.

The U.S. Attorneys Office has filed changes of violating the Bald and Golden Eagle Act and the Migratory Bird Act against Glenn Reum, 57, and Curtis Foster, 58, of Pablo, and =Doug Standing Rock, 64, of Box Elder.

The trio appeared for their arraignment in Great Falls before U.S. Magistrate Keith Strong on Monday and were allowed to go free pending trial after pleading not guilty.

They each face possible penalties of up to one year in prison and a $15,000 fine if convicted on the charges.
