A Butte justice of the peace accused of fraudulently obtaining methadone pleaded not guilty this afternoon in Jefferson County, according to the clerk of courts.
Bob Lee pleaded not guilty 22 felony counts of fraudulently obtaining dangerous drugs. The charges will eventually be consolidated with those in Deer Lodge County. This morning he also pleaded not guilty to all charges in an initial appearance in Deer Lodge County.
Lee is charged, in two counties, with 34 felony counts. He reportedly was observed frequenting the home of an accused drug trafficker.
