Butte judge pleads not guilty in methadone case

Butte Justice of the Peace Bob Lee pleaded not guilty to all charges in an initial appearance in Deer Lodge County court this morning.

Lee is charged, in two counties, with 34 felony counts of doctor shopping for methadone. He is also charged with fraudulently obtaining dangerous drugs and was observed frequenting the home of an accused drug trafficker.

Lee is being released on his own recognizance.

Lee is scheduled to appear in Jefferson County District Court this afternoon.
