Vases stolen from Butte cemetery

This morning the Mountain View Cemetery contacted police to report the theft of 70 to 80 bronze vases used to hold flowers marking crypts around the cemetery's oldest mausoleum.

Butte mail processing center will stay open

(U.S. SENATE) - Senator Jon Tester today announced that the U.S. Postal Service's mail processing facilities in Butte, Helena and Wolf Point will stay open.

Stamp Out Hunger donation totals coming in for Bozeman, Butte food banks

Food was collected across the Gallatin Valley and across the country this weekend for the 20th annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive.

Jill Holder, operations manager at the Gallatin County Food Bank, says 13,540 pounds of food was collected through the drive and more could still come in. (More)...
